Our maid is a lady of my mother's age who has three daughters and two sons.her husband works as a security guard in a local factory. While her two sons studies in a nearby school her girls her sent out to work in other's houses for daily wages just like her.
My mother is a teacher. She had been trying in vain for months to convince the lady to send her daughters to school with no results.Muther even promised to supply their tution fees but the lady doesn't want to lose the money her daughters earn for thier family.
Now my elder cousin(we stay in a joint family) who is a doctor has started teaching the girls privately every evening after they return home from thier work to our house to wait for their mother to finish her work.
I wanted to know your Idea about the opening of a free school where we students can gather and help these girls at our spare time so that they can learn and also work for thier families.
Any suggessions are welcome.

That would be a nice gesture but you will have to discuss this with their mother. You can't do this behind her back. The way it looks, the only time the girls will get is when they are at your house and wait on their mother. Maybe the mom will allow them to stay a bit longer, but who knows. Hopefully some sort of schedule can be arranged to give these girls some kind of education. Good luck!
