Have you noticed that the Noli me Tangerre and El Fili is somehow similar to the Count of Monti Cristo? The concept that the hero reinvented himself and had his revenge. What do you think?

And so is "Bukas Luluhod ang mga Tala" and "Babangon ako at Dudurugin kita". My point is, it's a common plot but Noli and Fili transcend that and became the rallying point for Filipinos to fight against Spain.

I have to agree with you, these books had helped in leading the "unrest" feelings of Filipinos then to materialize.

I agree with you on that. But I think count of monte cristo was written before those Noli and Eli Fili. I am just sayng that Rizal might have been inspired with the count of monte cristo

It maybe in some ways but then again maybe these books are inspired by the struggle on the country of the author, like how Noli and El Fili was made by the struggle of the Filipino in the eyes of Jose Rizal. If you will notice, there are more books and novels and works and sports that countries that has been colonized shares. They share the same inspiration for their works.
