Tomorrow is my mum's birthday and I plan to make a special dessert that involves some dark chocolate because she dark chocolate. Do you have any suggest

A very simple but absolutely fabulous dessert is whatever her favorite fruit is, cut to lie nicely on a beautiful plate, then drizzled with melted dark chocolate. If she really loves sweets, sprinkle powdered sugar or cinnamon/sugar blend over it. I've done it with melons, with pears, with apples and with bananas, and they were all wonderful! To make it a little more substantial, a layer of cookies could be beneath the fruit or all around the edges of the plate.

dark chocolate is really good idea.. can also prepare chocolate fondue if she likes it.. i love it personally... ::)
