hello guys, I'm from Philippines, and i had a problem regarding payments or balances, or money transfer, because i have paypal and alertpay account. I'm wondering how can i withdraw my balance in paypal and alertpay, or a best way, the cheaper way to transfer money to a bank account, or transfer money using western union. Is there anybody of you here knows how? any Filipinos? please let me know, thanks.

Yes, I am withdrawing my Paypal money to my Unionbank's Eon debit card...it is quite cheap compared to the rates of other banks here in the Philippines.
To open Eon debit card...you just go to any Unionbank branch then apply. After 1 week or so the card will arrived...then you have to pay the p350 fee. There is no minimum deposit required. You can use the debit card for online transactions since it is a Visa-backed debit card.
