Can this be really true? Will my blog be blocked?

I just recieved a mail from blogger.com stating the following:[b]Your blog has been identified as a potential spam blog. To correct this, please request a review by filling out the form at -------
Your blog will be deleted within 20 days if it isn't reviewed, and you'll be unable to publish posts during this time. After we receive your request, we'll review your blog and unlock it within two business days. If this blog doesn't belong to you, you don't have to do anything, and any other blogs you may have won't be affected.[/b]I don't know if I can believe this. Because, I do not have an active blog. Also I do nothing of the sort of spam..Then how come I get a mail like this? Shall I proceed with the mail by clicking the link? Has anybody else got this mail from blogger? Please suggest me..

If you go to your blog and enter you will see the same message.
Hit the link and respond and you will see that in time they will check your blog and all will be well again.

When this happened to me I made copies of all the posts 'just in case' but it was over and resolved quite quickly. Maybe you could do the same with your?

Yes it was concerning that blog but that was not the reason.
The link to my blog was sent (not by me as it is not even in my email signature) by unknown persons toplaces where it should not have been

I have not recieved any mail like this. I don't know why you got a mail like this. You may ask them why they sent you a mail like this. Or they may identify you that why do they think your content is spam.
I suggest you contact them & ask them which content they found as spam.
