If you were to change the Philippine Constitution what would you revise? It would be nice if there is a law about Political families. Also those who are imprisoned should be elected. How could they rule their province or town if you're locked up? If given the chance I would like to modify the requirements to run for office. They should have at least finsihed college. What would you change?
