readily available. easy to prepare. quick to serve. can be complemented with almost anything you can pull fom your refrigerator. 3-4 times a week fried eggs fills up my morning table. good with bread. yummy with rice. perfect for add-ons. i just can't resist the flexibility of this meal-fix. are you addicted to eggs too or you think i'm way hauling up more protiens than i need?

Well, it depends on my mood actually. Some days I yearn for egg more than other days. There was a week when I wanted egg every single day he he he...Well, almost!!! But usually I don't cook egg for breakfast. I eat the leftover from the day before or I cook something else for that day's meal. Sometimes I add egg to anything I cook, sometimes I don't. So I'm not that addicted to eggs he he he he he...I think as long as you're healthy, it's fine even though you eat eggs that often. :-))))

Scared? Nope. As long as you exercise regularly, I think that should be fine. ;-D

I like them for the protein. I eat them maybe three times a week with sausage or pork roll. Sometimes I'll make an omelet but most of the time I have them fried over easy.

Oh yes, we had a big garden, when the tomatoes were ready, my mother served them with eggs in the morning. They were good, I still eat them with eggs once in a while today.

wow, that's so nice to have a garden where nearby where you can freshly pick your food. when i was young i lived in a farm. nothing defeats the sweet taste of steamed vegetables complemnted with newly-caught fish. yummy! i hope i can move to a place where i can start even a small garden but for now i'm planning to buy plantboxes to have some food herbs ready when i need them. happy posting!

hi sherlock. a friend of mine also want it fried easy, but i want it fried easy with tomaotes. i like the sweet-soury taste of tomato blending with the egg's flavor. have you tried that? hmm, i'm getting hungry just thinking about it. thanks for sharing and good day!

I use egg regularly be it for breakfast or dinner. I like french toast a lot. Sometimes scrambled eggs or boiled egg. It really easy to cook and can be used in a variety of dishes. Egg is really a very important ingredient. Its used in cakes, puddings, pasteries etc. I know eggless versions are available too. But still its easy to cook them with egg. The easiest breakfast is bread with egg.

I always prepare eggs for breakfast. Wither its sunny side up or omellete. My breakfast is not complete without eggs. Sometimes i even just cook egg and fried rice for breakfast and i am ready to eat lol. My hubby on the other hand wanted to try different meal every breakfast. So i usually have two kinds of meals prepared everyday morning.

hi belk. now you're my ultimate egg-queen, if you don't mine me tagging you that ma'am. i don't blame you, like i said eggs can be a real addiction given the benefits from cooking one. it's only kind of costly to be preparing two meals both for you and your husband. anyway, you compromise with him and i say you're good as couples. i hope you two enjoy more breakfast together regardless with egg or without. yey!

I cook eggs a lot more often than I actually eat them. I make my daughter scrambled eggs for breakfast sometimes. My husband really likes hard boiled eggs. I also make his breakfast burritos with scrambled eggs sometimes. Eggs upset my stomach most of the time when I try to eat them. Once in awhile I will indulge anyway though.

hi moneyandgc. that was sad to have eggs upset your stomach. or to have any food for that matter to upset our stomach. i simply love food and to be restrained from it one way, that is sad. fortunately though for your family, you are very creative in your way of serving and incorporating egg into your meal. hats off to you ma'am for being a good homemaker, i suppose. happy lotting!
