I made a couple of ticket purchases and hotel reservations online. In fact, I worked in a call center handling travel reservations. Yes, it is a great convenience to do that as long as the site has a good customer service department to get in touch with for problems. There may just be errors doing it online may it be system glitch or human error. We all know that there are costs entailed doing it online - changing or cancelling. Good day to all!

Hello my friend Green Line. When I went to New Zealand I booked my flight with the airline over the Internet. Then I booked train tickets with the train company in the USA. I got delayed for five hours until midnight when I was traveling on the train so I was given a free ride in a taxi for half and hour. I usually use my debit card on the Internet to buy airline tickets however I have heard that using a credit card would an excellent thing to do. In my home country the credit card offers insurance so I would get my money back if the airline stopped trading.
