Raiders Coach Kiffin Allegedly Out Tomorrow

Rumors are flying thick in the NFL world that Kiffin will be fired tomorrow. Crazy Old Guy Davis is allegedly meeting with three assistant coaches (kiss up Ryan is NOT one of them) to decide which will take over.
Given how absolutely disfunctional this organization is, who would they find to coach the team? Any ideas? Feel free to comment away on the situation.

Al Davis has lost it. I guess the guy rarely even shows up in public any more and I think he is just gone over the edge. No decent coach wants to work there and it is too bad cause they have a bunch of talent. it is one of those cases where the league seriously needs to do something because the guy clearly no longer has an idea of how to run his team.
