I my first thought would be to not have married the person that I did when I was in my 20's. Then again, I have some wonderful children through the experience and learned enough through that experience to help me become a better husband the next time around. My biggest regret would have to be not having the solid friendships that I could have had if I would have take the time to develop them.

sometimes its hard, but there is no way around it, i'd say "if its happened it happened" you can fix it, forget about it, or live with it. But i wish you all the best because there is still time to make a new friendship.

Yes, I too have a lot of regrets. But I cant forgive myself for few. It was when I met with a road accident while I was driving my Mom to see my dad who was already admitted to a hospital. We were on a two wheeler, and inspite of regular reminders from Mom to check my speed limit, I hit a motor cycle and Mom was seriously injured. Although it was an accident and one that took place long ago, I still dont forget the way Mom fell from my scooter, I just cant forget that scene. And whenever I remember it, I am filled with a feeling of guilt and regtet.

Mother and child - A pic of a mother and child.
I do have a few regrets in my life. Some I would rather not go into. But if I had to choose a big regret it would probably placing my first son up for adoption some six years ago. It was a time of great confusion for me and I just wasn't able to financially care for a baby. Sometimes when I look back I feel that there was something I could have done. The child is with a great family and I know he is doing well. I still have my regrets once in a while.
