How to edit post?

Is there any ways to edit our posts?
I have posts that after submitted, I just realized that something isn't right and I need to edit but my problem is, I don't know how? Are we allowed to edit it? Someone who knows, please share.

Unfortunatley there isnt an option for us to edit our posts..though I'm sure many of us wish that there was..I know I'd like to be able to do that at times.
