How do you treat Bums?

I dun give them money, and it's illegal for those ple in singapore ^_^ AND so if there's any, i will not bother about them because they are just acting.. Even when i'm overseas and i see those vagrants, i will not give them any money either because most of the time, they are just out to cheat and i have seen many cases.. As to how to differentiate the real from the fake ones, i also dunno, and thus, i just treat all of them the same, except for those elderly, i will give.. BEcause they are really old, and that i dun think they are able to work anymore, so i will just give whenever i see them ^_^
