Very late for school..

Okay, let's say one day you are very unlucky. Your school starts at 7.25 am and you wake up at 8 am. Do you still go?
Personally, I don't think I'm going to. My teachers are gonna scold me like.. LOL. I mean, by the time I've washed up and reached school it'll be like 8.25 am.. and I'm 1 hour late!

Hi there!
I definitely won't go to school anymore. There's one thing weird happen here in my hometown (I don't know if it happens to you guys out there or not?). If a student was late to school, he/she will get horrible punishment for getting late, but did the teachers ever think about it? That they still rush to school even they are late?
For those who escape school (like what i choose if I'm late), we can easily escape from getting a single punishment. Well, is it fair?
