Is there any site from where we can buy Referrals?

I have been thinking for a long time that if is possible to get(buy) referrals for creating down line so that we can maximize the earnings from ptc sites . i am a member of some ptc sites for a long time but the profit is negligible .

yeah most of the allow buying referrals,
but it is not allowed in mylot.

It would have been good if it were possible to buy refferals in mylot. They are paying good and i find this site is a very honest site. Users are making real money here and are paid through paypal. I have read discussions in which a user was claiming she made 70 dollars in a month.
