my husband and i have been eating yogurt, fruit and crackers for lunch since april. there might be some weeks that we changed it but generally, it's been like that for months. why? only because it's readily available. i don't have to spend time cooking since i'm already tired coming home from work. i've been googling for quick and easy recipes but have not been successful so far. what do you eat for lunch at work? any suggestions?

I have to have rice in every meal. The main dish of the meal does not matter. I would eat fish, pork, beef or any seafood. I hear you when you say you can't cook after coming from work. What we do is wake up early in the morning or stay late to cook a dish that would be good for 2 meals. Second meal could be either for morning or for dinner. Whatever works for you. Stay Healthy

Well there are times that we just stop by in a drive thru counter so it's faster. It all depends on your budget and how tired you are to not cook for dinner.

That sounds helthy to me, I am not sure what your income is but I think salads might be easy too. There new containers to keep salads fresh, and dressing cool. I take with me energy bars and coffee.
