Are you a walking zombie, or are you well put together? If I haven't had enough sleep, you better move if you see me coming, cuz I will walk all over you without even seeing you or even feeling a thing. That's one reason why I try to get some shut eye. What about you Mylotters?

If I happen to have slept for only 3 or 4 hours, I'd have a headache the next day and feel floating. I could not concentrate with my work and I'm irritable. It would be difficult, wanting to sleep but just can't because I need to work.

I can sleep an hour or two. But I feel dizzy. My mind is not functioning. Terrible headache and moody feeling is what I have experienced from not getting enough sleep. Oh, we need more sleep.

Last spring, during my school semester at University, I had taken six courses, thinking that I could manage. I now realize that that was a very stupid mistake, as I was sleeping less and less. By the end of the term, I was sleeping no more than three or four hours a night. I was a real zombie, I can tell you that. Once I was done school, I was sleeping for a good few weeks.

I haven't been able to sleep due to an abcessed tooth so I am functioning on very little sleep the last few days. I have been somewhat of an insomniac most of my adult life so I can ride like this for a few days but eventually I will crash pain or no pain. When I get close to the crash point I am zombieville.

I am very tired and a little grouchy at times. I also bounce back quickly by being awake. This is due to me having to get up out of my sleep often at times.. I have to get up at odd times in the mornings to feed my 1 year old. My son is in school and I have to get up an certain time to assist him.. So, I am getting very used to waking up at odd times. I hate it. But, I will eventually get my rest on by the end of that day.

I admit I do pretty good when I haven't had enough sleep, I can still function pretty good, I may be a little slower, but I'm doing alright. Recently I had a great aunt that got taken to ICU in the middle of the night, and we drove to the hospital to see her, it was about 3:00 in the morning and we stayed up all night with her, I think I got back home about 11:oo the next day, and I hadn't had any sleep, but I made it home no problem, the hospital is about an hour away, but I was still going pretty good, till I got home, then I fell asleep..lol.

I used to suffer with insomnia quite badly. It can get to a point where I begin to experience delusions and hallucinations which can be quite daunting. I have heard that severe sleep deprivation can actually brain damage and can be quite dangerous.

I am really bad when I don't get enough sleep...cranky, distracted and unable to focus. Usually if I'm that bad I just go back to sleep till I'm better. ~~MY OWN PEACE WITHIN~~ **STAND STRONG AND BELIEVE IN YOURSELF**
