need help for getref and starrefferal

i am member of both sites.i have 2.3535 points at getref and 9.0100 at starreferral.i don't know how to use them.can anyone tell me how to use them to get refs??please tell in details.how to put ref link using points and what to write and what should be condition if someone joins?? reply..thanks in adavnce
