Finding alternatives and choosing a better job is always changelling. So in my place we have various ways to find opportunities.
The ways to find a JOB
Job portals like naukri,jobstreet,monster etc
Referral thru' friends
Finding opportunities in newspaper
Registering ourselves with Job consultancy firm.
I always find job and new job thru' the referral with friends.

I also read in an Internet article that employees usually found their jobs through their friends. I am working now in a company where I was referred to by a friend. I guess the survey was really true. :)
