Yahoo has turned a new page

Awhile ago, I went to my Yahoo homepage and I was like, "Huh? What did they do to the old page?" Now I got to learn something new again! The page is nice and neat though. The different things aren't all strung down the page. It's a compact setup. The sign-in is on the left side now. If people would just leave things well enough alone. I was really used to the way they used to have it. What does everone else think of the new Yahoo homepage?

I'm with you on this. I like things to stay the way they are, especially if it takes me awhile to get used to them being that way.

Once I get used to doing something one way for a while and then changes come along....well, let's just say I don't do too well with change. Not unless I'm the one making the change.

i have seen it..i answered the feedback thing, saying that i do not like the new one.. it switched to the old homepage on its own.. i like the old one more than the new one, because i am use to it, and its more detailed, and have all the yahoo links...

I basically use the Yahoo homepage to access my email. When I saw the change that was made, I saw that the Sign In button was on the opposite side of the page.

Have you tried to switch back to the old format? On the right of the page it says options, try the slim look, you may like it better.

I hate when things get changed too. I guess if it improves the service it's worth it but I just hate having to re-learn things. ~~MY OWN PEACE WITHIN~~ **STAND STRONG AND BELIEVE IN YOURSELF**

It doesn't matter whether the homepage is better or not. I get used to something and I like to keep it that way. Frustrates the dickens out of me when I have to go searching around to find something that's been moved on me!

I know what you mean. That's the way it can be at work, too. When I'm on a "project" and then have to go do something else for a little bit, it is frustrating that when I come back to it, someone else has moved things around on me or have completed what I started. If someone else finishes it, then I wind up having to look for something else to do!

I don't think there was even a notice that there would be a change, either. It was like SURPRISE !!!
