Best Responses

Hi Lee, We are the same. I also wait for sometimes to choose best response but the tendency is that I forgot all about it and it end up to the unresolved discussions. Like you, I go over now with my unresolved discussions. I have 5 months, 4 and 3 months discussion responses that I never even give comments. It is funny because just now I make comments for the 5 months response and choose the best response and like you said, it is not hard because some have only 1-3 responses. and yes, It is tiresome when there are lots of response and you have to go over them to rate and choose the best response. I think, it would be better if we will comment immediately and choose the best response in 1 or 2 days. Just a thought.

I usually give my posts between 3weeks and 1 month before awarding a best response as in my opinion this is a long enough time for enough responses to have poured in to determine which is the best answer for me.

I think I need to go through my discussions and clean them up as well! I generally wait until adiscusion has gone cold as well.

So you're the same with me. I also wait for a few days then I will select the Best Responses. I usually wait until 3 or 4 days after I started my discussion. Then I give a BR to them. But I can only give it one. So I usually rate people who give me a good answer too. I rate them positively. Beside that I often get this condition. After put a BR in my discussion, but the next day I find my discussion is being respond again by other members. So I go back and read the response. After that giving them a positive rate.
