How many time does MyLot spends to pay its users? And how can we earn? Getting best responses? Uploading images? Or what?

I have no idea just how much myLot spends to pay its users. But, they will pay you when it is time for a payout. I am not really sure on the amount, but you do get paid, as the number of posts that you do. The exact number for this, I don't know..
