What do you think about their newest single "Happy Birthday"?

just wanted to hear opinions,
personally, i had expected a livelier rythm/melody to it, but seriously, its not easy to make a song about "HAppy Birthday"
the lyrics were pretty well-written and sweet ^^ and the PV is just too cute!!
as for Game of Love, it gave me a funky feeling xD
and somehow, at some point, it remended me of Bambina.. O.o
Gan gan ganbatte is just really optimistic~ really happy-jolly-CHEER! sounding song~ haha
Push on! i havent heard it properly so i wont say anything about it just yet :)
so, what do you think?

I'm not saying the PV was bad, it's just that the single they released just before was Summer Time and I absolutely LOVED both the song and pv, so I guess I compared it to that. I'm sure if I hadn't seen Summer Time, I would've loved the song more from the beginning. xD

I love Happy Birthday. It's unique and fresh. I love how NEWS seems to like exploring different types of music. The PV is cute, yes, though I sometimes think that JE scrimps too much for NEWS' PVs. _

When I first heard about the new single that NEWS will be releasing and learned that its title is Happy Birthday, I was shocked by the title it's very non-idol like. What's with the title, why did they had that title. But after listening to the song, i awed and i never really thought that they will come up with a great song from that title.

Ooh now that you mentioned it, I felt kinda like that too, I felt that Gan Gan Ganbatte could've been the single song instead of Happy Bitrhday.
That's true, it;s hard to write a song with the subject "Happy birthday"
