Are the Mumbaites losing common courtesies?

The other day in Mumbai, I was talking to an autorickshaw driver about my destination, one man jumped in and took off the auto. I just told him, I have hired it, I am just talking to him about destination, the intruder said, ‘then talk’. I am going.
