I am considering choosing a web phone which i use to call my family members. I notice shutter which if i use the fee is so little. As a shutter, if i don't have enough money i don't have to pay, what i can is to participate in its activities and i can get money for my accout to call my family members. But to register shutter, i need to be a myspace member and have a 139 email. What is myspace? If i register myspace, do i have to pay? What is 139? If i try to get the email, do i have to pay?
