I can’t believe I actually had one!

My friends in here might have noticed already that I don’t like hot beverages – with the exception of the occasional hot chocolate in winter time - . But today I was so cold inside the school that I actually had a hot tea. I don’t even like tea that much – although it’s a bit better than coffee – and I rarely have one. But today I had no choice. Do you like hot beverages? Which one do you prefer?

Well it wasn't exactly my first one, but I rarely drink tea or coffee - correction I don't drink coffee at all heheheh I am not a big fan of hot beverages and I don't particularly like iced tea, so it's something I don't usually drink. WHen I do it is usually when I have a cold and need something to sooth my throat. I will certainly drink again, but only if I have another cold LOL

Chocolate! With a dollop of vanilla ice cream, please. Chicken broth is a good hot beverage, too, but truly, I like most beverages very cold, even chocolate. Hot or cold, it is best with ice cream, though :-)

Hot beverages are neat when you are cold - hot chocolate is neatest in my opinion.

I love coffee. I drink atleast three cups a day, one at Second Cup (a mocha latte) and a few cups from the pot that my husband makes, here at home. I love Russian tea, but one needs a samovar in the house to make it correctly. Hot chocolate is OK, but I'd rather have a mocha latte, as I love the mixture of chocolate and coffee.

I'm actually quite fond of tea...but I tend to make my own (I pick and dry wild herbs to make into what I call "headache tea". It has soothing qualities for tension and headaches. But it's an acquired taste since the main herb of the mix is very aromatic -- stinky, some say!)...so yeah. I love, love, love hot chocolate though. It's my version of coffee I tend to say. I like to have it in the morning. Different flavors for different parts of the year. Dark chocolate in winter, cinnamon in the summer, mint and white chocolate hot chocolate in the spring and autumn. I also am quite fond of warm apple cider but I can't usually afford it.

Teh Tarik - A very smooth tea beverage very popular where I am from.
Hot drinks are always a welcome during those cold days. I love teas. Especially the indian pulled tea they called Teh Tarik here. Concentrated tea with carnation milk and condense milk. Pulled between two very large mugs till they are all frothy and smooth! Better still if they have ginger in the tea!

I'm not much into hot beverages either. I rather have them ice cold, the colder the better. I love tons of ice in my Diet Coke and Ice Tea. My dad on the other hand can drink hot coffee all day!! Even during the summer. I can't even drink hot during the winter.

Well, I do not like hot beverage, but I am afraid I am somewhat addicted to coffee. What troubles me is that I can only accept cold coffee, so every time I am informed only hot coffee available in a cafe, or serve myself a cup of "fast-food" coffee , I will be frustrated since I have to wait it to be cold...... I really could not understand why coffee is generally classified as a kind hot beverage?????

Hmmm... Maybe your body belongs to a warm "temperament"? Why else can't you stand hot things? In fact usually, the trend observed is that as people age, they somehow switch from liking cold to hot things. Anyway, hot tea, hot coffee, hot chocolate, well, I like them all!
