So finally Berbatov scored his first two goals agianst allborg on Wednesday and he is gelling quite well in the team too but one thing i want to ask people is how much is his effect on the team ?? Last night seeing him play i was feeling like Nani,Ronaldo and some other players were getting frustrated by him either missing chances or giving the ball away. So what do you think will Berbatov take thi team to new heights or destroy the chemistry created by Rooney and Ronaldo?????

Berbatov is now exposed to life in the fast lane. Till now he was a big fish in a small pond, now he is a small fish in a big pond. I think now he knows that what was excellent in Tottenham does not even qualify as good here at Manchester United. Having said this most people take some time to start scoring then go on a spree. So let's give Berbatov a complete season and then see what he can conjure up this season. Cheers! Ram

na .. i dont think.. Berbatov will destroy any chemistry in the Manchester United team.. hes a magnificent player .. hes still trying to find his feet at old trafford and trying to adjust himself to the style of play of Man United and when he does that .. its gonna be an awesome .. with Berbatov , Rooney , Tevez and Ronaldo upfront.. its gonn a be lethal attacking combination :)

I want to agree with you. I think there is some clash with the introduction of Berba. I do not want to blame him but I think he is too much in a hurry to make a mark, to be felt, to establish his presence. I think he seems to be saying "I' as good as Ronaldo"! That kind of attitude. But with a little more time, a few more games, he will definitely web into the team, and that will be a thing of the past.

He needs few more matches to settle, and ones builds up the chemistry with other Utd players like what he built with Robbie Keane at Tottenham, then he will create magic. Also sir Alex is trying different combination like Rooney and Berbatov or Tevez and Berbatov, it would be interesting to see with whom he builds up a solid partnership.

He is a fairly good player... at least those last 2 years was one of the best in Europe... Now those first 4-5 matches are critical to his form... not to supporters to judge his impact to the team... I agree with adove comment that a full season would tell if he is good enough for a club like manutd

I'm agree with all of you here. It's not easy to go straight into a team with full of stars and being an attraction also. Beside, Berbatov is magnificient because in less than 10 games he already can score, can assist and create a wonderful team moves. We must believe in him. Once the floodgate open, the goal will continuously comes.

berbatov is a good players. we need to give him some time. things will be a lot tougher at man utd when compared with white hart lane. i do agree with ram cv, he is small fish in big pond. this is first time he playing for a big club. we have to give him at least half season to prove himself. alex freguson is an experienced manager he would not buy him if he hadn't seen anything in him. he finally scored for man utd. this will ease his nerves a bit and his confidence will also improve. he will surely improve as the season progress.
