Just wondering what it is like and where exactly the pain is ? What are some symptom that you had or currently have ? I have had a constant nagging pain on my right side now for about 2 day and sometime it goes around to my back. Today when I stood up it felt like a needle was poking me on the inside of me . I feel like I have to use the restroom a lot , some time I can go and sometime I don't at all. I don't think it is a bladder infection because I have had those before and this is much different I do plan to go to the doctor but just wanted to see what experienced other people have had with this sort of thing and is it painful to pass the stone ? I have hear horror story and then some people say it is a piece of cake and that the doctor can give you pains meds to make it hurt less. Anyone have any advice? This is a first for me .

usually the first symptom of kidney stone is extreme pain.you can feel a sharp, cramping pain in the back and side in the area of the kidney or in the lower abdomen.later pain may spread to the groin.if you have a family history of kidney stones you maybe more likely to develop stones.urinary tract infction, kidney disorders, matebollic disorders are also link to stone formation. a simple and most important lifestyle to prevent stone is to drink more liquids-water is the best! so to help determine if you really have stones in your kidney consult your doctor so he can order for laboratory tests like urine and blood exam.

I can relate to that pain you are telling us. I was diagnosed with crystals in my urine, I think thats the one forming a stone either in our kidney or gall bladder. That was the worst, terrible pain I ever felt in my whole life. And as I knew it is even painful than giving birth. Well taking out that stone is now very easy, I suggest you see a doctor to keep away from having that pain again and of courseto free yourself from that sickness.
