How can you tell you're BF or GF of having a BAD BREATH thing without offending?

is it hard to do or would it be better if we'll tell them right away.

Hmmmm, based on my experience... I just stay honest with my BF. Everyone has bad breath from time to time, especially when they just woke up or they ate something stinky, like garlic, fish, onions, etc. And what I do sometimes is I whisper to him... "Hey, come here..." and when he leans over I tell him with all the love in the world... "Your breath stinks, it smells like (whatever he ate) or brush your teeth, its so obvious you just woke up..." and rubs his hand on my face and laughs. Later on I see him brushing his teeth and gargling. We both had our laughs and I got to tell him what I wanted to say. After he brushes is teeth, he comes over and kisses me. Asking if his breath smells better and then he jokes around that I'm the one who smells like lunch. Well, it will depend on how your gf or bf will respond. I guess it depends on how open you are with each other and how they accept criticisms. Good luck!

Well I guess you just want to stay hounest with her, so I think it's the best to talk about it with her when you're alone with her. I guess she isn't noticing it, and it may seem rough to tell her, but tell it slowly to her, like beginning with don't be mad, and saying sweet things to her..And if you don't wanna talk with her about it, make sure you have chewing gum with you! The sometimes give her one, or a breath sweetener, or that kind of stuff you know? On that way her breath will be better if she accepts it, and you won't be needing to talk with her about it! Good luck with it mate! Cheers!
