I shop a lot since my school is just near the mall. I find reason to spend whenever I have money like buy a PSP game for my sibling or buy a pair of shoes which I will never use and etc... in short I'm a shoppaholic but how can I change? I have zero savings and now I'm getting older and I realize I need to save... What should I do?

WOW. You are indeed a shopaholic. I thought I am one. But now that I read this, I don't think I am anymore.HAHA. How about this. You think of a very good reason that you need to save money for. If you are a guy, perhaps you wanna save up for your future wedding? Diamond ring sure ain't cheap.ROFL. Or maybe you can save up to buy a property of your own. How bout saving up for education?Vacation? Aim for an exotic vacation. I'm sure you can find a good reason/ purpose to save money for. And with this reason, you shall be determined on your spendings. Another thing is, perhaps you can come out with a budget each month. Keep 70% of your earnings in the bank. And the other 30% is for expenses. And if there's any extra from those 30%, perhaps you can treat/ pamper yourself and buy ONE THING that you like.Hope these advices helps.
