Chips for kids?

Are you fond of eating chips at home? Or even buying them? Are you strict about letting your kids eat this stuff and teaching them how to eat healthy food?

Definitely, no junk food for me nor for my future kids. They have what my mom calls 'empty calories'. It doesn't do anything good for you, so why eat them? I think it's better to train children to eat the right food as early as possible. So for snacks, I'm planning to serve them carrot sticks or celery sticks or boiled edamame pods, or thinly sliced singkamas, or homemade french fries dipped in homemade ranch-like dressings! I think it's yummy and healthy.
