how do you handle it?

when you feel exausted and tired in your daily work how do you handle stress?

I think everyone find different ways to handle stress. You need to find a right and healthy way. As for me, i used to go drinking with friends to release my stress but I just find it wasting my money and burdening my liver. Thus, I have opted yoga and also just have relaxing nap with a mask on my face with some soothing music. It helps for me. I hope you have one too and please share it! happy mylotting!

Hi...I'm new here and i stay stressed probably all day. Between taking care of kids and a lazy husband, i really don't know which is worse. I relieve my stress by going into a quiet room and relaxing with some soft music or a warm bubble bath with soft music. It works. Sometimes i just get in my car and drive down all these nice quiet country roads with the windows down so i can hear the calm wind.

i take a break. drink some herb tea. take a nap. go to the gym to unwind. do some yoga and pilates.
