A recent study conducted by an indian health organisation has found that persons who eat more of fast foods are actually suffering from a number of problems like obesity, high colestrol, baldness, loss of memory, constipation and anemia. The results are an eye opener for those who are ingoring healthy diet and relying more on fast food. Yes it surely has a good taste and one tends to be inclined to these but these have a negative effect on ones heath and should be taken in limited quantities only. I am trying to change my habits. Would these results have some impact on yours or would be just ignore these.

I think we have all known this for the last 30 years or so and it hasn't stopped a lot of people from still eating at them. I am not much a big eater when it comes to fast foods so it has never been a problem for me. I go to a fast food restaurant maybe once a month or two and then I usually have something a little more heathly like a chicken salad. I try to stay away from fatty foods and have no problem with it because I have always been that way. But millions of people still eat at them a lot. They bring in billions of dollars every year so I don't think any report is going to stop this from happening. I hope you don't eat much of this fast food stuff.

hi limcy, these facts no doubt are definately an eye opener for every one but the modern generation rather the young crowd doesnt considers all these facts before consuming the food. They are not very health conscious rather taste consicious that is how we see the franchises of mcd, subway and kfcs opening at evey other corner of our city. even consumption of aginotmotto is bad for health but the consumption of chinese food has not reduced.

Thos results wouldn't effect my eating habits. I am into my sixties now and since I moved out of my parents home a long time ago, I have eaten quite a lot of fatty foods as has my husband. We both have regular health check ups and neither of suffer from any of the problems mentioned in your topic. Of course these foods might have different effects on different people so it is adviseable to regular health check ups. At his stage of my life, I won't change my eating habits.

Thanks for the informative post. It will surely enlighten people to not to eat in fast-food or maybe eat less fast food than they normally do. Personally, I don’t eat too much fast food. Though there’s no doubt that fast foods are delicious and can be addicting I tried to eat fast foods once in a week. I’m not really that health conscious person but I tried to have a healthy life as much as possible.

When eating fast food (like any food,) you have to *think* about what you're putting in your body. I rarely eat fast food, but when I do, I will ONLY eat things that are somewhat healthy. Nothing fried, nothing with thick sauces, simpler ingedients the better.
