"Crushed potatoes"!

Few vegetable servings sound less appetising than boiled potatoes. How clever then of the food fashionistas to come up with the much more chic term "crushed potatoes". There is a difference, of course. For crushed potatoes, you take a boiled potato and just squash it with a fork. Ten out of 10 for "spin", though. Do you agree?

Hi Anne18 I think they will find that mashed potaoes sounds better. We ain't falling for that one, has it been patented or whatever you call it? LOL

Well that is what it said in my newspaper, but they are healtier as there is no milk or butter with them and you need those to make mash

but potatoes aren't enjoyable unless they have some muck thrown on them, in them, over them or fried!!!!!!!!
