What do you do to relax after dealing with kids all day?

Okay here is the story. I am a mother to 3 kids and a step mom to 5 more. They range in age, the ages go 18, 17, 16, 15, 14, 13, 9 and 8. So the oldest ones are out doing their own thing, the 14 year old is blind and the 13 year old and 9 year old are boys and very hyper. My youngest is a girl and wants to be around me all the time ( but that is okay cause I adore her). So what I want to know is what do you do to unwind after the kids are all in bed? I like to sit have a coffee and just veg out.
