I'm happiest when I'm with my best friend which isn't often because we don't live near each other. But when we are together, we laugh and cry together. We share our feelings. I can definitly see the health benefits of friendship.

I'm are out-spoken person,as a friend,I would like to talk them to know what they need and what can I do for them. That's not enough, besides,I'd like to do some practical things to solve the problem which they face.If I have a good friend who are far from me,I will keep in touch with him(her).Because I want to know how does he(she) live.A good friend is not only intimate but also helpful!

Do not alienate yourself from them if they are your true friends. They will welcome you, maybe question you, but you will be back as one of them. That is sure to make everyone feel better.

You laugh a lot with friends. And we all know how good laughter can be for health.

Picture of two men. - This is a picture I found of two men that I am going to upload under this caption.
I do believe that having good friendships could lead to good health and maintain low stress levels also. Friends can be there to help you and encourage you as well throughout your life. It is definitely something to keep in mind. I try to be a good friend just by being there for someone to talk to because this can help the person feel better inside about themselves. This can be good for mental as well as emotional health.

That's why we say in Greece that "it doesn't depend where you are or what you do, but it depends if you have good friends with you"... Always good and trusting friends and relatives help you overcome a bad time and they are the ones that stand up for you when you are in trouble :)
