My tummy is growing!

Tummy - my tummy is out of shape

friends please suggest me what to do? my tummy is growing big day by day, I cannot resist good food also, I have also joined gym but it didn't help some are suggesting to take brisk walk in the morning or evening it will help, I don't know what to do, please give me some idea to reduce my tummy and bring my body in shape again

I ever have same problem like you, even i already doing excercise i still have ugly bulging fat bally. so i try LIERAC ULTRA BODY 10 LIFE, and now step by step my bally more slim. is really work for me, you can get that product on Ebay.

Doing Jogging Daily On Morning Is Good,But Going To Gym May Not Help You.One Time I Also Got Like That When I Daily Morning I Exercised Hardly,So My Body Became Normal As It Was Before.

Make sure it is just a weight issue other things can make your belly grow, such as a hernia. If you are just gaining weight the thing to remember is to eat lean and green. Keep away of white foods. example would be oatmeal in the am salad with grilled chicken for lunch a steak with lots of veggies with fruits as snack in between This will give you the protein you need to build your muscles and the ruffage you need to dispose of the food and keep your insides clean and clear.

Calorie count. Compute your BMI and determine how much calorie you should only be eating throughout the day in order to lose the weight. Frankly you can't lose your tummy if you don't lose everything else. Sit ups would only tone your tummy but it wouldn't get rid of your fat - although building muscles helps your metabolism to increase and therefore help you lose weight, counting your calorie intake matters as much as going to the gym.

Well I drink 3 ballerina tea before I go to bed and it slims my tummy in the mornings. You may get a few cramps at first but after a little while you don't. It's good to clean your colon. Theres lots of stuff in there that makes your tummy swell up. Better yet, buy one of those colon cleanses. Some times you only need one twice a year. Its very healthy for you as well. Gives you more energy and helps to absorb your nutrients and vitamins much better that help in weight loss. Without getting the proper nutrients in your body, we tend to crave food to fulfill that need. Exercise as well. Sit ups. You can do them daily. Try to eat foods with more vitamins and nutrients that our body needs. That will satisfy you better so you wont need to eat as much.

exercising won't work alone without dieting or at least minding your calorie intake every day. Then sweating out real hard will work. Good luck, you can do it!

Walking is good. I've heard that if you cut out one of your favorites it'll help also. Like if you drink lots of soda, replace it with water, drink your coffee black instead of having cream and sugar. You could also switch from white bread to whole wheat. I know someone who doesn't eat anything white like bread, pastries, sugars, if it's white they avoid it and it seems to work. Good luck, I'm trying to lose a few also.
