Any ideas for some new Party Games?

I amthrowing a party pretty soon and was looking out for some party games. It is mostly grown ups. I find that people generally sit down and official talk starts and there is very little interaction amongst the various groups. ladies get into one corner and gents in another corner. How do you make them intermingle and enjoy themselves?
