Wow! Bad kid. 
Grounded. For life. I have no idea what this kid's problem might be. But his parents are going to go bankrupt. Apparently, in Australia, a kid of his age can't be held responsible for his actions. The parents will have to pay. OUCH. I am fairly certain this kid won't be getting anything for Christmas.

Where the heck were this kids parents when he was running around killing zoo animals?
I am sure this is not the first time this boy has done things that would make his parents think there is something wrong with him. The boy has issues, but I am also disturbed that his parents have not tired to get help for him before now. He is obviously a very troubled kid who would benefit from some therapy.

Exactly the big question, isn't it? Where were the parents? It is possible for a kid to slip away from his parents and all, I know that. But you just want to shake those parents and find out where they were when all this happened.

Holy cow. Bad kid is putting it lightly. At that rate, they won't be able to send him to college either. He sure needs a timeout!
