Do you keep a record of your expenses

I used to do this and I would do it on the computer, you know using Excel spreadsheet which was a great tool as it used to calculate everything out for you, I should really do it again because I found it very helpful before and you can plan ahead and know if you have any spare cash so that you can treat yourself without worrying about overspending or not having enough to cover the bills.

Not at all, I do not keep records of my spendings and expenses. I found it difficult to it because i do spend money in divers ways which makes it difficult to record. Atimes if I receive my salary, I will first of all list what I want to buy before I know what is happening I have used the money.

I never keep record of daily expenditures.Because I purchase the groceries at a time for the month and on weekly basis I purchase the fruits and vegetables.So there is no possibility of misuse of money.If atall I spent some money on unavoidable situation for the children then I don't mind.In a home full of children it is not possible to maintain a planned expenditure.Some times some unwanted expenditure may come up.So I don't like to maintain a record of expenditures.Thanx.

Yes, I used to do that, and yes, it was really helping you in making budget. If you know how much you have spent this month you would be able to maintain how much money left you can spend until the payday. I kept thinking that I should do that again because it would be good for me too. I was a little bit busy lately so that I cannot make the budgeting like I used to do, even I know very well that the budgeting is really important to do so you can manage your financial planning and able to save your money in the bank account
