cried 4 solace?doesnt it make u feel lighter??

Sometimes when ur heart seems to be burdened with thoughts, anxiety, fear,.....when ur xpectations seem to tumble down..when ur beliefs seem to bee shattered......all you want ...is to be left alone...n vent out ur feelings....but alas!1there is no one u can share your thoughts with..n then...the best way to feel lighter comes through ..your precious tears. haven't you experienced it?? havn't u felt lighter after uve cried thoroughly???i say..the process makes you reflect and analyse better...wt say??

To be honest, I think I need a good cry. I have a lot of drama (not the he said, she said) in my life with my parents divorce, my divorce, my childrens' hurts, and overall depression. I never get the chance to sit and cry. But, when I do, I really feel better. Sometimes it's the release that we all need when it is impossible to express your angst any other way. I can't even tell you how many times I wish I could just scream at the top of my lungs how I hate the crap in our lives, but choose to sit quietly and cry instead. I think that is a peaceful way of doing it. Peace be with you!!

It really helps to cry sometimes. It somehow releases some hidden emotions and unloads some burden in your heart. I sometimes want to cry and after that I feel ok. You can cry and at the same time reflect on things. And aside from letting your emotions out it also cleans your eyes. Just don’t sleep immediately or you might look awful the next morning. :)
