In every areas of personal development or in executing a plan , procrastination impedes the progress. So what would be the solution for this problem ?

Make the effort to get whatever you need done! Don't make anymore excuses. Put some quality time aside. Don't go back on your word, no matter what! This is what I will do, to make sure that what I am putting off will get done for sure!

I think I'll answer this later...hehehe...just kidding. I think the best way to not procrastinate is to just get the job done. I used to be really bad at procrastinating and then I had a pile of junk that I didn't want to do, but had to get done and all at once. Now, I just do it. I don't like doing dishes, but I do them as soon as they hit the sink because its easier to wash a cup of plates then wait til there is a whole sink full of them. I say, make a daily list of what you want to get done for the day and stick to it. Don't get on the computer, don't turn the TV on, if someone calls keep the conversation short until you get your list done. Then you are free to do all the fun things that would have kept you from completing your list.

I have always been a person who doesn't like procrastination. I would rather get things done now and not worry about them later. I believe that this is a state of mind and some people might just be too lazy or tired to go to task when they are supposed to. Sure I do put things off from time to time but I usually tell myself that if I get this done right this minute it will save me grief and time later.

The best way to remove is to remove the procrastination of mind. Always keep thinking of something good. Don't keep it blank. Because my nany says the empty brain is the house of devil. That devil makes you to postpone your work. And this leads to many bad habits like procrastination, lazyness ,and many other things. When you are at mylot the best thing is that you don't have time to keep your mind blank. You have to keep thinking new things. Thats what i like about mylot.

hi Tousif i agree about to keep our minds occupied with good things, but it would be impossible to get rid of it completely as i think its a natural tendency of humans . So i think it depends how you tame it.... i mean like when you're tired you seems to postpone things that you're supposed to do... Thanks for the comment :-)
