Do you like eating in between meals?

I feel so famished after breakfast at about 11 am and after lunch at about 7 PM that I keep nibbling some thing. I wonder if that is the reson for puttin g on weight.

Sorry,I don't like eating in between meals.That will do me no good I think.On one hand,it harms my stomach.On the other hand,that will put on weight.I think perhaps you eat less for meals,so you feel hungry and have to eat some thing in between meals.If not,you should go to see a doctor to decide whether you are ill.

I am not ill. I am hale and hearty.i do a lot of exercise (1 1/2 hours every morning) to stay trim. But I love nibbling. WhenI am sitting in front of the comp, I love to have a bowl full of popcorn or chips or something to keep the mouth busy. isuddenly realise at times and decide not to have anything, but next day it is back to where I started. Body does nto require it but the mouth desires it.

'm a chow hound!!..i just cant stop eating...i find it hard to stop nibbling at something! :D...it takes a lot to satisfy my hunger..lol....but i exercise a lot too, maybe thats why i don't put on a lot of weight even though i eat a lot...

Yes I am a nibbler, I like to eat in between meals which is not good i know, I try to avoid doing it but I just cant help it, it is definitely a comfort thing for me...

Yes, that is the reason why people put added weight. Eating in between meals. The more we eat...the more we get hungry. I noticed in my own self that once I eat at 11 am... chances are I'd be hungry again come 12:00. The 11:00 am eating served as just my appetizer for my lunch at 12:00 ha!ha!ha!. So I never eat in between meals so I can keep my weight. I hate gaining weight. It's hard to fit clothes and I hate it when my size turns large instead of the usual medium size.

Ya. I like to eat in between meal and nibbling something when at home especially working on my jobs. I know is no good, thus also try to avoid that. Example of the time table is 9am breakast, 10:30 with biscuits, 12 noon lunch, 2pm snack, 4pm high tea, 6pm dinner, 9pm supper. Kind of eating most of the time, that cause lots of weight gain. As some article do promote is ok to have many meals but small portion, thus i also trying on that.

I eat in between meals specially by the late after noon. I eat bread or biscuit and juice or tea depending on the availability and my mood at that time. I add fruit when available plus and extra water. I do this while reading or watching with friends or alone.

personally i have to eat between meals because of my condition, but other than that it should be fine it just keeps something burning in the stomach to give you energy instead of you burning off your own fat.
