withdrawing paypal money

I use paypal because I sell on E-bay. I have not had any problems yet. The only thing I don't like about paypal is that: 1. They begin to charge you a certain percentage of every item that goes into your account. 2. I am only able to withdraw up to $500.00 per month. If I have more than that, I have to wait until the next month before I can withdraw it. I use the "Premier" account with paypal. I am wondering if the amount you can withdraw per month is based on the type of acct. you have with them. Otherwise, when I authorize funds to my savings it will take 3 to 5 days to transfer. I use Paypal all the time, sometimes just to send money to a friends account and also buying on Ebay, I think it is an easy way to to do money transactions especially from one country to another, it takes the hassle out of things..
