dancing is the best! aside from being able to express yourself, you also got the chance to lose weight. hehe! i love dancing ballroom especially the groove and the beat of the music.. what are the music for ballroom that you enjoyed dancing? i don't know why but the most unforgettable music for me are sway and let's twist..haha. :) what's yours? :)

Just about anything by Glen Miller would be great ballroom dancing music. I am not sure I call the Twist actual ballroom dance music at all. Gotta go back more in time to the big band era.
