Do you think that a website on Cricket where people can register and predict on Cricket such as Which team will win? Who will be the man of the match ? and accordingly people will be given the rankings throughout the Website.. Do you think such a website will be liked by the people

I guess it will do good.
There are a few sites that you can actually try for this. They may not provide what exactly you want but a few dialects away you may be able to synchronize with them. Presino is one such site.

Espn used to have the super selector where in you could select players from the competing teams and you would earn points for every run scored, every wicket and so on and so forth. I think they made if paid for one of the world cups and then people stopped playing, so they made it free again. So the next time any major tournament is around, you can try that.

I think there are many sites that offer prediction polls. It would be better start a forum site to discuss different issues and some gossip.
