Do u peoples laugh regularly for healthy living??

Hello everyone i heard many peoples say laughter is the best way to keep ourselves healthy and also from many research it has been said laughter therapy seems to lower the blood pressure,reduce stress harmones,increase muscle flexion and boost up immune by raising infection fighting T cells and also triggers the release of endorphins which is our body's natural pain killer and produces a general sense of well being... I also see many peoples gather in the early morning for sole purpose of laughing... Do u peoples laugh regularly for healthy living??? how it works for u???? Share your views with us???

It is exactly like laugh regularly, but I do try to avoid getting tense for a healthy living. I try to keep myself happy always. Whenever some thing bad or annoying happens, I try to occupy my mind with happy thoughts.
