How often do you take exercise in a week

Our body needs regular exercise at least three to four times a week and 15-20 minutes a day. No matter how fat or slim we are as long as it's not contraindicated, we still need regular exercise to prevent disease cause by sedentary lifestyle. How about you how often do you take exercise in a week? and what kind of exercise do you usually perform?

I'm used to do intensive activities for at least 40,50 minutes a day, so I know my condition keeps staying good. And for the rest I am used as well to go to the fitness, and heavylift training, about 5 times a week, which each session takes for about 2,3 hours. So I think I'm getting enough exercise weekly! Sadly enough, I can't go lately that much anymore to the fitness, due to that I can't pay it!
But I'm receiving a bunch of money next week, so I propably can start going again next week, for at least two months! That's the good thing about it!

I enjoy running and do it as much as I can. Sometimes this is five times a week. Sometimes it is seven. I will also lift weights a couple times a week. I like to feel in shape.
