Why to delete posts

Some posts are deleted because they dont follow the guidelines. Every website has rules, and if people cant follow them, then they shouldnt use that site. Some posts I have seen on here deserve to be deleted. Especially posts that are offensive or just plain stupid. Youre right, everyone has a right to express how they feel, but when people start posting senseless crap just to boost their ratings, its irritating.
