After reading the book The Secret Life of Bees Ive been dying to try corn fritters. They mention them in the book and they seem tasty. Also on Oprah they were discussing the movie that they made from the book and Queen Latifah was a guest on the show and metioned corn fritters. Have you ever tried them? Do you know a simple recipe for them?

Actually I have tried corn fritters many times and they are delicious!! I'm so sorry to say that I don't have a recipe for them and I do hope someone here has a recipe for you so you can try them. I love them! Purrs, Catwoman=^..^= & Mija

i just heard corn fritters now. i hope someone knows how to make them and posts the recipe here. it does really sound yummy and tasty. i really do like corn so i wonder if i can do it here in our place too. good luck to your corn fritters! happy mylotting!
