What was the last chicken meal you cooked?

A really easy meal I got at a Weight Watchers meeting. I got a bigger crock pot a while back, and now I try to cook in it 2-3 times a week or more.
A couple of days ago, I made a really easy recipe by putting boneless, skinless chicken breasts in my crockpot. Then add 1 can of corn, 1 can of black beans, and a jar of chunky salsa. I let that cook on low all day while I'm at work. I make some quick brown rice when I get home, and serve the chicken/veggies on top of that. It's one of our favorite easy meals!

We eat lots of chicken. I joke that I can make chicken 100 ways! Last chicken I made was oven fried chicken thighs. I take the skin off, rub with olive oil. Then I season some bisquik and shake. They come out really good. My husband loves fried chicken and thought this way great.

I think the last meal I made with chicken was way back during the summer when I was still home. I made a stir-fry meal and I added chicken to it. I also cooked a chicken alfredo pizza. Just added some alfredo sauce, chicken and cheese and baked it. I haven't made anything with chicken in a very long time. I do have some chicken available to make another stir-fry with but I'm not sure if that's going to happen anytime soon.

well the last time i cooked chicken, i came up with "sinampalukan". it is a native chicken recipe here in philippines. in english sampaloc means tamarind. so the chicken was cooked in tamarind soup with string beans and chili and chili leaves. it tastes sour of course but really tasty. children loves it here in our place.

I am fond of chicken. And in the last occasion I had cooked chilly chicken for my family. And every body liked it.
